Position Type : 3 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time (minimum 25 hours per week) / On-site

Start Date : As soon as possible; we need candidates that are available to start within the next 2 weeks due to client demand

Retail Representative Responsibilities :

While on-site, you’ll be an ambassador for a specific brand, promoting its products / services / offers to the public with integrity and enthusiasm. Some of your main tasks will include :

• Setting up branded displays and distributing marketing materials
• Attracting attention and striking up conversations with shoppers
• Asking specific questions to pre-qualifying local consumers
• Pitching a product or service to interested and qualified people
• Answering questions and overcoming some objections
• Using examples to relate to people and ease their concerns
• Completing sales transactions for interested buyers
• Reporting statistics and results back to a team leader
• Openly discussing challenges and working through them
• Brainstorming new, innovative ways to improve results

Retail Representative Pay :

We offer a competitive weekly wage plus additional compensation for each completed transaction and for achieving certain targets. Specific details will be provided during interviews, but average first-year earnings are $37,500-42,500 with top performers taking home $55k+.

Training & Advancement :

If selected, you’ll be trained by the CEO and leadership team on an ongoing basis plus you’ll have on-site support available to help you learn and expand your comfort zone. In this position, you’ll be learning and applying basic sales, marketing, customer service, and branding techniques.
