Your mission should you accept it : Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Field Engineer - Civil are to coordinate work related to road construction, earthworks, and any other civil works required for the site.

Positive energy and...Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering3 to 5 years' experience in similar positions, specializing in road or foundation constructionMastery of the Office suiteExperience with working within an EPC for industrial construction is an assetFluency in oral and written French, as well as intermediate knowledge of English in order to interact with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues at the national level;High geographical mobility and ability to work away from home for a period of timeExcellent team management and conflict resolution skills Autonomy and leadership High administrative rigorWhat you will do to complete this mission successfully : With the assistance of the Project Manager, prepare the contracts required for the execution and control of the work for Subcontractors, suppliers and consultantsAssist the Superintendent in the coordination of civil or foundation engineering activitiesValidate the progress of the project and produce a periodic monitoring reportCoordinate construction works in collaboration with the Superintendent, Environmental Engineer, subcontractors, municipal and regional representatives, and the client representativeDevelop and implement the quality control program for the civil or foundation phase of the project.Coordinate work compliance inspectionsEnsure that technical procedures are applied to the work performed on site in collaboration with the Project EngineerTrack purchases, reception and inventory of materials required to complete the workActively participate in the implementation of the prevention program and support the Site Health & Safety Advisor
