Explore diverse and exciting roles on client assignments. Develop the skills and tools to identify, assess, and navigate risk in all its forms. Learn the fundamentals of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, AML / KYC CLM operations, fund accounting, risk management and more.
About this role
We welcome candidates from all degree backgrounds, no STEM experience required. Show us your passion for financial crime, risk or compliance and we’ll show you the skills for success on your career journey.
You’ll join FDM as a Consultant within our Risk, Regulation & Compliance Practice, where you’ll start your journey developing key skills in a practice-based learning environment for 4-8 weeks. You will then be able to start delivering projects for our clients across a wide range of industries. Your assignments could see you operate as a KYC / AML, Risk, Operations or Governance Analyst and more, with constant access to upskilling based on client requirements.

About You
What we look for
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A natural aptitude for risk and compliance with a desire to work in tech
- Able to commit to work for FDM for a minimum of two years as a Consultant following the initial training period
- Eligible to work in Canada
Please note all client assignments require hybrid working in client offices in, but not limited to, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Vancouver and Calgary.
