Regulatory Associate

Job Description

Our client is seeking to augment their Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting team with an Associate for a 6-month contract. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving regulatory issues, preparing Broker Dealer Regulatory reports, responding to emails from stakeholders, regulators, and the front office, and managing trade exceptions. This role serves as an excellent entry point for individuals with a keen interest in capital markets.

The position is remote-hybrid, with occasional in-office requirements a few times a month. Candidates must be based in the Montreal area.

Qualifications :

• University graduate with robust communication skills
• 2-7 years experience in a finance position
• Demonstrated keen interest in Capital Markets with a solid understanding of products
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables
