Location : Ontario, Quebec or Nova Scotia
Compensation : $120,000 -$130,000 base + bonus + benefits + vehicle allowance

We are seeking a dynamic bilingual sales leader with a passion for people. Someone who enjoys collaborating on sales strategies, utilizing analytical tools to measure performance and has an ability to inspire and empower teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
As Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving results with a highly effective sales team by planning, organizing, coaching, developing, and empowering the team to succeed :
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive sales within a wide range of industries, growing relationships and securing new business.
- Work closely with each branch manager and their team of customer service, warehouse, and showroom teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales and customer data to drive sound business decisions.
- Negotiate deals, and support the team with hands-on leadership, ensuring a high quality customer experience.
