Independent Carpentry & Framing Subcontractor – Multi‑Residential Renovations Location: Cornwall, ON (and surrounding area) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‑Based Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpentry & Framing Subcontractor to support ongoing multi‑residential apartment renovation projects in the Cornwall area.

This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong experience in rough carpentry, framing, and interior construction .

All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure — no quoting or estimating required —along with consistent bi‑weekly payments .
