    Test preparation and environment readiness

    Integration Testing

    Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

  • Validate system behavior across different platforms and configurations.

Defect Tracking & Resolution

  • Identify, document, and report defects clearly and accurately.

  • Follow up on defects through to complete resolution, working closely with development teams.

  • Re-test fixes and verify that issues are fully resolved.

Collaborate With Delivery Teams

  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify expected behavior and ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

Education

  • A College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality control roles.

  • Experience testing enterprise or mission-critical systems is an advantage.

️ Technical Skills

  • Strong command of operating systems, including Unix/Linux flavors and Windows Server environments.

  • Good understanding of network technologies and communications.

  • Familiarity with database concepts and usage, such as Oracle DB, SQL Server, and SQL queries.

  • Knowledge of mobile technologies and platforms, including iOS and Android.

  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or similar testing suites.

  • Exposure to test automation tools or scripting languages is considered a strong plus.

  • Previous experience in Video Lottery Terminals (VLT) testing will be considered an asset.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, detailed, and actionable defect reports.

  • A quick and continuous learner, eager to expand technical and domain knowledge.

  • A true team player, able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
