Overview
We are looking for a Franchise Owner / Operator to lead our IGA Store, located in Devon, AB. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- The opportunity to operate your own business, with the support of a corporate network
- The ability to encourage and endorse community activities and involvement
- Responsibility for the total store talent management by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food
- Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
- Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 75+ employees
