Exposant 3 est une firme de services-conseils en gestion des affaires et technologies de l'information. Nous accompagnons les organisations publiques et privées dans leur transformation numérique et organisationnelle, avec une approche profondément humaine et innovante. Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe spécialisée en recrutement TI pour le secteur public (ministères, organismes gouvernementaux, sociétés d’État), nous recherchons un Expert en recrutement TI passionné, structuré et proactif. Son rôle ? Soutenir et faire progresser l’équipe, tout en assurant des recrutements de haute qualité dans des contextes exigeants.
Missions principales
Recrutement complet de profils TI
- Gérer le processus complet de recrutement : sourcing, entretiens, validation des compétences, négociation
- Garantir la conformité rigoureuse des dossiers selon les exigences propres aux appels d’offres ou demandes d’intervention
- Offrir une expérience candidat fluide, humaine et professionnelle
