What success looks like in this role :
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce flows to automate and streamline public sector processes.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and page layouts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Salesforce users, ensuring the platform meets their needs.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continually enhance platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Must have strong flow and configuration skills
