This is a part-time hybrid role we intend to grow into full time for an Associate at Business 360 CPA Corp. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with financial analysis, tax filings, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing management advisory services. The role will be based in Burnaby, BC, with flexibility for remote work. We serve the greater Vancouver area.
Initially your primary focus will be preparation for the upcoming busy tax season where you will be working on both personal and corporate tax returns, and possibly certain NPO or NGO filings.
Qualifications
Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Audit Preparation skills
Management Advisory and Consulting skills
Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
CPA designation or pursuing CPA certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Japanese is an asset
Professional Services Sales Skills is a strong asset
