What You'll Do : As a Project Director, you'll oversee all aspects of large-scale heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to drive project success while maintaining safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Include :
Project Leadership :
- Spearhead the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring milestones and schedules are met.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify potential conflicts or risks, facilitate proactive solutions, and manage trade and supplier contracts with precision.
- Deliver comprehensive updates to senior leadership, addressing key risks and opportunities.
