We are seeking a Project Coordinator with diverse skillsets to support the project manager and site superintendent with contract administration and communication with team members
Responsibilities :
- Pre-Construction
- Assist estimator with issuing plans and specs to trades for tending, prepare and distribute tender documents, obtain and review bids, ensure sufficient scope coverage.
- Attend and document pre-construction meetings with consultants and clients
- Construction
- Project start-up (admin & safety)
- Issue purchase orders for supplies and services
- Coordinating project start up and close out, including any documents required for issuing Building Permits, Street Use Permits, and final Occupancy Permits
- Prepare and manage owner and subtrade contracts
- Overseeing and managing RFIs, Submittals, and Site Instructions, Sub-trade & Client change orders, and other Project Documents
- Maintain accurate and up to date project documents
- Shop drawing coordination
- Review and approved invoices to track project costs
- Taking and distributing project meeting minutes
- Processing of Substantial Completion requests
- Assemble all project close-out documentation including Operation and maintenance manuals
