Job description

Are you tired of the city grind and looking for a practice that truly treats you like family while providing you great work-life balance?A thriving, collaborative, high-tech dental office in beautiful Slave Lake, AB, is looking for one or two passionate Registered Dental Hygienists to join its unique team of 24 people. Some of the Perks:
- Top-Tier Pay: $65–$75/hr (annual reviews).
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 at 90 days + $5,000 at 1 year ($10k total).

- Full Support: A dedicated sterilization assistant, a hygiene coordinator who keeps your schedule busy, a collaborative team and continuing education.
- Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
- True 8-5 Pay: Patients are seen from 8:30–4:30, but you are paid for the full day (8:00-5:00), including a paid 1-hour lunch (Effectively $69–$79/hour).
Requirements:
- Dental Hygiene Diploma/Degree + registration and good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- New Grads Welcome! No experience? No problem. We value talent and attitude over years on paper.
- CPR certification is mandatory
- Soft Skills: Must be a patient-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment: Looking for someone ready to join our community for at least 2+ years.
- Software: The office uses Abeldent but experience with it is not mandatory.
