  • Manage customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Support the technical requirements of Big Country products, including product training and demonstrations.
  • Assist with the delivery of products and services at customer sites as required.
  • Handle receiving, unloading, staging, and re-shipping of inventory.
  • Provide operational support and assist with marketing initiatives, including online promotions and trade show participation.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Background in marketing, promotions, or trade show participation is considered an asset.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably with equipment, lubricants, and safety products.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, including dental and vision.
  • Retirement savings plan.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
  • The company provided a laptop and a cell phone.
  • Company vehicle provided for work travel.

We want to thank all candidates who applied for this position. However, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
