L’administrateur(trice) d’usine assure le bon fonctionnement des opérations en coordonnant les activités administratives, logistiques et SSE (Santé, Sécurité et Environnement).
Ce rôle contribue à l’efficacité opérationnelle, à la conformité et à un environnement de travail sécuritaire.
Responsabilités
Gérer les fournitures, équipements et besoins généraux du site
Maintenir les dossiers, rapports et documents (exactitude, accessibilité, confidentialité)
Coordonner les expéditions (documentation, suivi, résolution de problèmes)
Assurer la liaison avec fournisseurs, entrepreneurs et prestataires
Mettre à jour les plans d’urgence et coordonner les exercices
Appuyer les initiatives 5S, audits et gestion des déchets/recyclage
Gérer l’inventaire des EPI et des fournitures de premiers soins
Administrer le programme d’uniformes
Soutenir les communications internes, formations et réunions
Maintenir les données employés et documents sensibles
Gérer les accès au site (cartes, sécurité, caméras)
Contribuer aux activités de mobilisation des employés
Profil recherché
DEC ou diplôme universitaire
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration (milieu manufacturier, un atout)
Bilinguisme français/anglais
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
Connaissances en logistique/expédition (atout)
Compréhension de base des pratiques SSE
Notions en finance ou comptabilité (atout)

The Plant Administrator supports daily operations by coordinating administrative, logistics, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) activities.
This role contributes to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, equipment, and site needs
Maintain records, reports, and documentation (accuracy, accessibility, confidentiality)
Coordinate shipments (documentation, tracking, issue resolution)
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills
Support 5S initiatives, audits, and waste/recycling programs
Manage PPE and first aid supplies inventory
Administer uniform programs
Qualifications
College diploma or university degree
3–5 years of administrative experience (manufacturing environment an asset)
Bilingual (English/French)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of logistics/shipping (asset)
Basic understanding of HSE principles
Finance/accounting knowledge (asset)
