Overview

BeWell Health Centers are GTA’s most comprehensive Psychological Wellness Institutions. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and / or Facial Stretch Therapist who is passionate about helping clients achieve mental and physical relaxation, relieve stress, and improve overall wellness. You will work with clients dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as those seeking relief from physical tension or injury. This role can be based out of our Hamilton or Mississauga office and involves a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to integrated care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized massage therapy and / or facial stretch treatments to address physical and emotional stress, pain relief, and mental health concerns.
• Use therapeutic techniques to help clients with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, muscle tension, and injury recovery.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in a team environment to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients on the mental and physical benefits of massage therapy and / or facial stretch techniques and provide self-care recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with clinic policies.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in massage therapy, facial stretch therapy, and mental health care.
• Create a calming, therapeutic environment that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being for clients.
