What Mission Healthcare has to offer our PT's : - Medical, Dental, Vision- 401k- FSA & HSA PT Mission Home Health requirements : - Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or master’s program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
- Current and valid California PT licensure.- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.- Two years of experience as a PT.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred Qualifications : - Associate degree with one year of home health care experience.
- Community / home health experience is preferred. Pay Transparency : Range : $ to $ an hour.$60 - $65 an hour
