With over 400 Occupational Therapists nationwide, Lifemark is dedicated to advancing Occupational Therapy services and delivering exceptional care to our communities.

Our OTs provide individual and program-based assessments and treatments for auto carriers, life insurance companies, the legal community, employers and government agencies.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated independent Occupational Therapist to help us service our disability management and employer services contracts in the Greater Toronto Area and the Durham region, conducting the following assessments :

• Cognitive Job Demand Analysis
• Functional Job Analysis
• Functional and cognitive work capacity assessments
• Ergonomic assessments + follow-ups
• Hospital Discharges and in-home assessments
• Cognitive and functional job coaching
