We are currently seeking Sales Assistant for our West End location. (Part Time : weekends and occasional evenings)
Location : - Cooperwood Estate-Kanata North-1075 March Rd, Kanata
Shift Timings : - Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm and Monday & Wednesday 12-7pm
Reporting to the Sales Agent, the Sales Assistant will :
- Greet clients an welcome them professionally to Claridge Homes Sales Centres
- Ensure models and sales office are in presentable order and good condition before opening and before closing.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, brochures and site plans to prospective buyers
- Answer calls and respond to emails in regards to the properties, qualifying leads, and updating the marketing database.
- Follow-up with prospective buyers responding to inquiries and booking appointments and visits
- Prepare paperwork for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, as well as all applicable Tarion statements as needed
- Collect and provide receipts for deposits
- Redirect prospective buyers to the Sales Representatives
- Inspect model homes for deficiencies and submit, and review required work orders as needed.
