The Controller is responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple companies. This role requires strong expertise in costing, cash flow management, and corporate financial oversight. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Work schedule : 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee costing, production, variable costs, and inventory accounting.
- Manage multi-currency transactions across multiple companies.
- Monitor cash flow, analyze loans, investments, and oversee foreign exchange contracts and risk management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly bank reports, including borrower declarations.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, tax installments, GST / QST reports, NR4 compliance, and SR&ED-T661 reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate annual returns, payroll reports (T4, Relevé 1), and CNESST reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including analysis, comparisons, and ensuring proper cut-offs and accruals.
- Prepare year-end audit files for external auditors, ensuring accurate cut-offs and accruals.
- Manage inventory procedures and scheduling for smooth physical inventory and valuation.
- Oversee payables and receivables, manage credit reports, aging analysis, and supplier follow-ups.
- Conduct monthly inventory evaluations and analysis.
Supervise payroll functions, verify and approve payroll sheets.
