Are you an up and coming Payroll professional in downtown Toronto, looking to gain experience? Are you looking for part-time work hours? Are you available immediately? If so, we want to speak with you!
Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable Design company, looking to bring in Payroll support for 20 hours each week. Ideal applicants will have some level of experience with Payroll, advanced Excel skills and the ability to start right away. Knowledge of SAP and / or ADP is an asset.

Responsibilities
Provide payroll services through the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
Review payroll transactions entered into the system
Ensure scheduling system has accurately captured hourly employee's times
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting requirements
Complete statistical and employee earnings information
Administer filing of documents
Qualifications
6 months - 1 year Payroll experience
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of SAP, ADP and / or Workday is an asset
