Job descriptionLecture de plans et devis Connaissance du tolérancement géométrique Connaissances des règles de manipulation de produits toxiques (SIMDUT) Utiliser des techniques de stratification, de moulage et d’assemblage pour créer des gabarits & moules en composite. Utiliser des machines, de l\'équipement ou des outils manuels pour couper, profiler, découper et ajuster des éléments en composite afin de former des pièces et des assemblages; Assembler des matériaux composites sur des modèles pour former des pièces et des assemblages au moyen de matériaux de liaison; Utiliser des pistolets à enduire pour appliquer des mélanges de résine à des moules en métal ou en bois afin de former des produits en composite; Charger et utiliser des autoclaves / four de cuisson pour assurer le mûrissement et la liaison des pièces et des assemblages partiels en composite; Utiliser de l\'équipement de finition afin de détourer, de meuler ou de polir les produits et leur donner une forme finale. Opérer des presses plieuses, scies et perceuses pour transformer la matière première. Utiliser une machine a inspection CMM laser de poursuite un atouts DEC Génie mécanique OU DEP Fabrication de pièces industrielles et aérospatiales en composites OU DEP outillage + 3ans expérience en fabrication de pièces en composites Connaissance de base de tolerances et GD&T Connaissance pratique de Tracker Lazer et système Polyworks (un atout)
