The Paid Social Specialist plays a key role in supporting FFUN Groups marketing initiatives and reporting to the Director of Marketing / Marketing Team Lead. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What youll be doing :

• Execute monitor and optimize Paid Social advertising campaigns (Facebook Instagram etc.) for B2C automotive brands.
• Develop and implement campaign structures audience segmentation and strategic placement selection.
• Manages end-to-end campaign setup trafficking optimizations QA and reporting.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently ensuring proper pacing and spend allocation
• Conduct systematic A / B testing on creative copy audiences and placements scaling winning variations.
• Stay current with platform updates ad policies and best practices
