In this role, you will represent and sell a diverse range of high-quality performance products into a multitude of different industries.     Key Responsibilities :

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Cultivate and find new business opportunities.
    • Revive dormant accounts.
    • Work collaboratively with the internal team to find new business, grow current business and provide high level customer service.
    • Keep CRM systems up-to-date with information on leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

    • Strong communication skills.
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
    • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, including client acquisition and business development.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is considered an asset.
    • Preferred) Experience in the plastics or industrial distribution industry.
    • Preferred) Experience managing a sales territory.
