JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As an Outside Sales Representative for Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control Services, you will be responsible for renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory. Focused primarily on design-engineered heating, cooling and drying solutions for construction industry with a focus on large construction projects. The typical customer base constitutes a mix of general and specialty contractors.

The development of successful intra-company relationships and working closing with a variety of sellers across our General Tool and other Specialty Businesses to cross-sell and promote The Power of Sunbelt and properly leverage Sunbelt’s resources is a cornerstone of this position.

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking an Outside Sales Representative.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience obtained in HVAC or heavy equipment rental industry
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/service industry
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Ability to design gas and electrical systems, with solid analytical math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
