Position : Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location : Ville Saint Laurent (Hybrid : 2 Office Days, 3 Remote Days)
Salary : $22 to $26.50 per Hour
Duration : Ongoing

Responsibilities
- Efficiently process orders to facilitate distribution.
- Ensure seamless inventory availability with meticulous checks.
- Skillfully handle logistics by routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
- Proactively manage open-order files, promptly addressing routing issues.
- Collaborate with Sales teams for weekly result reviews and improvement initiatives, aiming for excellence in on-time delivery metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and propose effective solutions for issues, including compliance-related deductions / errors, and assist in the resolution of dispute claims.
