Were looking for a People Operations Coordinator for an 18 month term who is energized by delivering exceptional operational and recruitment support and excited to streamline HR and talent processes through AI-powered tools. In this role, youll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeedwhile shaping the future of AI for local economies

Your Impact :

As a People Operations Coordinator, you'll work with the People Operations team to :

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer, ensuring an inclusive and candidate-centric experience.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate timely hiring decisions, and support onboarding through documentation and workflow tracking.
• Maintain accurate data across HRIS and recruitment systems, process employee lifecycle changes, and administer performance and onboarding workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline candidate communications, improve data accuracy, and drive automation across People Ops processes.
• Assist with reporting and dashboards for hiring metrics, recruitment timelines, and process improvements.
