Schedule : Full Time, Monday to Thursday 7 : 00am-5 : 30pm

We are looking for a self-motivated and skilled Trainer of Manufacturing Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to autonomously manage their time, effectively balance training schedules, and demonstrate a strong eye for continuous improvement.

This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip new and existing employees with the skills and knowledge needed to meet and exceed production and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Trainer of Manufacturing Operations you will :

  • Design and implement hands-on training programs for new hires and current employees in various manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to identify training needs, aligning programs with production and quality improvement goals.
  • Continuously assess and enhance training effectiveness to drive employee performance and development.
  • Support onboarding processes by conducting safety training and introducing new team members to Crestline's procedures and culture.
  • Maintain detailed training records and track employee progress for continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for process enhancements and incorporate them into training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Trainer of Manufacturing Operations, you will have :

  • A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field. Preference for backgrounds in communications, technical writing, adult education, and training is an asset.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on training, leadership, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in using production equipment, ERP, MES, and lean manufacturing tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in training needs analysis and program evaluation.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach and motivate employees.
