Job descriptionPlan the operational portion of the workload expected by the client; Follow the evolution of the projects; Provide the interface between the operations and the Project Management Center to define the commitments in working hours on a monthly and weekly basis according to the operational execution capacity; Identify the resources required to deliver the projects; Coordinate deliverables of the week with superintendents / site supervisors; according to the resources allocated Ensure with contributors that the planned projects are ready and free of obstacles for execution; Coordinate the workloads of various suppliers and site labor to meet productivity objectives; Analyze deviations from productivity objectives and, with the Director and Superintendent, implement the necessary corrective action; Validate customer satisfaction, take care of complaints concerning the work performed and follow up on them; Act as a leader in the production unit by monitoring the continuous improvement process in order to optimize the performance of its projects;

Requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Have a minimum of five (5) years in project management or operations management, in the field of telecommunications and / or construction;
- be able to work under pressure;
- Ability to manage multiple files at the same time;
- Remarkable communication skills;
- Be oriented towards customer service and problem solving;
- Have an excellent sense of organization and planning;
- Autonomy, interpersonal skills, dynamism and versatility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Advanced Excel
- Master of Lean Management, Six Sigma or other relevant certification (asset)
- Excellent communication skills of both oral and written French and English.
