Summary of Position :

The Operations Manager is a senior-level management position, responsible for multiple locations as if they were the acting owner.

The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of their centers to operate profitable and sustainable sites while growing the business.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

Responsible for assigned sites’ profitability, productivity, efficient operations, and achievement of corporate goals and objectives

Monitor revenue goals and expenses at the sites

Hire, train, develop, review, discipline, and terminate management-level employees

Work with sales to coordinate the placement of campaigns

Oversee successful execution of project implementation, quality control, employee development, processes, and call center solutions

Work with other departments to achieve goals

Manage complaints at the site level

Act as a secondary resource for line-level employees

Responsible for approving purchases and reviewing contracts

Responsible for client services for all assigned sites and quality assurance

Primarily responsible for overseeing compliance with all aspects of outbound telemarketing, telesales, and teleservices;

implementing policies and procedures as necessary, as well as the ability to verify compliance on all scripts

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications :

Ability to interface with outsourced / third-party compliance resources, including coordinating compliant data exchanges with the technology department

Needs to have a strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Strong project management skills

Ability to make effective decisions that will not only help the company run smoothly but also serve to prevent difficult situations in the future
