Key Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and oversight for IT operations, ensuring stability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the adoption and optimization of Azure and Microsoft Office 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Lead and support ongoing IT projects, including the implementation of a new IMIS system and leveraging tools like Azure DevOps for enterprise-level processes.
Strategize and implement cost-effective IT solutions, including resource and cost monitoring in Azure.
Manage application and infrastructure support, ensuring smooth operations and modernization where needed.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of stability and innovation, supporting the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications :
Education : University Degree (Bachelor) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 7–10 years of experience managing an IT function, including systems and network security.
Leadership Experience : Proven ability to mentor and manage IT teams, with a focus on fostering long-term stability and professional development.
Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Office 365, with experience in monitoring, alerting, and cost / resource management.
Cloud Expertise : Strong background in cloud-native solutions, with experience in both Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
Strategic Vision : Ability to assess and improve IT infrastructure, applications, and processes in alignment with organizational goals.
Bonus Skills : Familiarity with IMIS, regulatory environments, and cybersecurity practices.
Relevant certifications are an asset (e.g., Azure Administrator, Office 365 Modern Workplace).
