CSN Collision is Canada’s leader in collision repair, fixing over 200,000 vehicles annually across 230+ locations. At CSN Champlain, we focus on efficiency, team support, and an exceptional customer experience.
We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking Production & Flow Coordinator. Think of this role as preventative maintenance for our repair pipeline. You will oversee vehicle flow from blueprint to delivery, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies before they impact cycle times or quality. You'll work closely with Repair Planners, Technicians, Parts Coordinators, and leadership to keep the shop running proactively rather than reactively. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship building skills, strong operational awareness , a positive attitude, and the ability to bring people together around common goals.
