Universal Staffing Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Office Administrator with one of our valued clients here in the Moncton area.
Job Responsibilities :
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Maintaining office files including job files, vendor files, and other files related to company operations
- Basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and managing accounts receivable / payable
- Purchase office equipment and manage office inventory
- Greet guests and direct them to the relevant office / personnel
- Other duties as required
Skills :
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- 2 years experience in an admin setting required
- Post secondary education in administration or accounting / payroll an asset
- Previous experience in transportation industry an asset
- Bilingualism is considered an asset but not required*
- This role requires a criminal background check*
Pay : $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours : 37.5 per week
