The Office Manager will be accountable for providing support services to the Management Team, along with being responsible for overseeing the administration staff. This will be accomplished by :
- Being responsible for ensuring proper administration and providing support to fulfill all financial requirements of the retail, while working with all stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability.
- Maintaining shared accounting service agreements
- Actively support the Team Leaders throughout the organization
- Providing assistance and support to Credit Manager and Accountant
- Being responsible for recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, training, coaching, etc. of the department.
