We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our remote administration team. The role involves handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate mailboxes, screening telephone inquiries, and preparing outgoing emails and correspondence. We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment, complete with all necessary equipment and training for remote office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Greet company contacts in a professional and pleasant manner.
Attend Zoom meetings and take detailed minutes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with specialized and confidential reports.
Experience & Qualifications :
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (personal computer, fax machines, copiers, adding machines).
Six months to one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic skills in Word, Excel, and email.
Skills :
Demonstrates commitment with a consistent and dependable work schedule.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Capable of reading and interpreting documents, as well as drafting routine reports and correspondence.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups, including customers and employees.
Proactive in identifying and addressing obstacles, issues, and opportunities.

Salary :
