We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinic in British Columbia.
About Us
Restore Rehabilitation and Wellness is a multidisciplinary Sports Medicine clinic in the South Surrey / Panorama area, attached and partnered with a strength and conditioning gym Ora Fitness and Yoga.
Job Overview
In this role, you will provide advanced patient care as part of a diverse healthcare team, including specialists, and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough patient evaluations and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and provide guidance on management and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, and clinical counsellors, to deliver integrated care.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care strategies.
