Are you a compassionate, dedicated professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? The Squamish Nation’s Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services Department is seeking a Case Social Worker to provide critical support in a culturally rich and community-focused environment. What You’ll Do
Work within Sḵwx̱wú7mesh teachings to uphold traditional family values and community connections.

Strong interpersonal skills—able to engage with families, community members, and professionals with diplomacy and respect.
High emotional intelligence, patience, and integrity in high-pressure situations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize complex cases.
Cultural awareness and deep respect for Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw values, language, and traditions.
Resourcefulness—able to connect families with appropriate supports and advocate for their needs.

Salary: $75,000 - $112,500
Candidates are typically offered compensation between the beginning to the midpoint of the range. Weare committed to providing a fair and equitable package that reflects the value an individual brings to the organization.
