Job descriptionDraft estate planning and settlement documents. Notarize estate planning and settlement documents. Represent executors in probate applications and filings. Support executor duties on and off platform. Experienced for a minimum of 3 years post-admission to the Chambre des notaires du Québec. In good standing with the relevant the Chambre des notaires du Québec. Insuranced for malpractice with minimum coverage required by law. Able to work with technology and customer centric. Once accepted, notaries will be introduced to clients.

We are looking for a Notary licenced in Quebec with experience drafting and notarizing estate d External Notary. This person will be working with the professional services and operations teams to help serve our clients and build our platform. This is NOT a full time permanent role and workload will vary based on clients' needs.
