Job description
At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company where people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. We hire the world’s brightest minds, offering them an environment in which they can relentlessly improve the customer experience. Innovation and creativity are built into the DNA of the company and are encouraged at all levels of employment. Every day we solve complex technical and business problems with ingenuity and simplicity. We’re making history and the good news is we’ve only just begun.

Amazon's IT Services organization supports all Amazonians at corporate offices, ensuring they have the technology and resources needed to innovate and excel. The Logistics and Imaging Team (LIT) is a critical part of this mission, operating in a warehouse environment to image, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of all end-user IT equipment for individuals and offices across Canada.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Associate to join our team to both support day-to-day operations and project-based initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to make a significant impact on Amazon's corporate IT Logistics.

You’ll join a diverse team of IT Support associates and engineers, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across IT Services to help us deliver the highest standards for IT Logistics, ensuring that our customers have the equipment they need to perform their jobs. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

Key job responsibilities
• Support day-to-day IT imaging responsibilities, which may include imaging, troubleshooting, data destruction, repair, or other tasks
• Support and collaborate on IT projects related to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment
• Maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
• Provide escalation support for challenging technical problems
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality
• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used at the facility
• Assisting in training new hires
• Assisting with operational workflows as needed

A day in the life
This is a hands-on operational environment. Success in this role requires ownership, attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work across teams to remove blockers and improve outcomes.
