Job Overview :
Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to manage high-volume national recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional recruitment results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier candidates for nationwide roles.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and schedule subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.
Effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and ensure data accuracy.
Leverage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, for talent acquisition.
Stay informed on industry trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Maintain a candidate-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in high-volume recruitment, ideally with national reach.
Language : Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
Technology : Expertise in ATS platforms and proficiency with recruitment tools.

Responsibilities
Core Recruitment Activities
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent for a variety of positions across Canada.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other outreach methods to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing detailed candidate insights to support the selection process.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing expertise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
Process Management and Technology Utilization
Maintain and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Education : Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably with a national or regional scope.
Language Proficiency : Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Technology Skills : Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
Preferred Qualifications :
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment trends and strategies for diverse industries or high-volume hiring environments.
Social Media Expertise : Proficiency in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for recruitment purposes.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) :
CHRP / CHRL Certification (Certified Human Resources Professional / Leader) or working toward certification.
LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or other relevant sourcing certifications.
