Internal Recruiter

Have you or will be completing your Bachelor or Degree program in Business or Accounting? Are you looking for your first role outside of post-secondary? Have you ever thought of the lucrative industry of staffing and recruitment? We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team here at IFG. The successful candidate will be trusted to as partners to solve recruitment challenges primarily with our junior and intermediate level roles related to finance and accounting. Duties of the Internal Recruiter include but are not limited to the following :

• Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in permanent employment
• Manage inflow of applicants via inbox and allocations on a timely basis
• Evaluate all resumes received and select only qualified candidates
