There is a contract to hire opportunity for an Bilingual (FRE/ENG) Recruiter. Are you fluent in French and English and seeking jobs that are a good fit for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiter seeking to refine your skills? This position will be best filled by a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. Your main responsibility in this position will be recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm OR 8:30am - 5:30pm

Duration: Temporary to permanent

Your responsibilities in this role:

- Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

- Support the recruiting team as a whole

- Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources

- Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Performing interviews

- Recruitment for Technicians, Service employees, Forklift professionals, Sales professionals

Job Requirements:

- Full fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, speaking)

- Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting

- Sourcing recruitment experience desired

- Expertise in workday

- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- We need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
