Key Responsibilities

• Appointment Management : Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring accurate records and timely service.
• Patient Records Management : Maintain and update patient records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Patient Intake Assistance : Collect and update personal and medical information to ensure seamless patient care.
• Coordination with Medical Staff : Work closely with medical professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
• Insurance and Billing Support : Process insurance claims, handle billing, and support other administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Patient Communication : Answer patient inquiries, providing detailed information regarding procedures, appointments, and office policies.
• Office Organization : Ensure the office is organized, manage office supplies, and support the overall clinic environment.
