About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing efforts for our Canadian operations. This role will collaborate closely with U.S.-based marketing teams to adapt and execute strategic campaigns that engage and grow our Canadian small and medium-sized business (SMB) audience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution & Localization
- Partner with U.S. marketing teams to tailor campaigns for the Canadian market, ensuring messaging resonates with local audiences.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media (SEM & Paid Social), content marketing, SEO, events, and social media.
- Align Canadian initiatives with global brand guidelines while ensuring regional relevance.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Data-Driven Optimization
Brand Growth & Local Presence
Marketing Budget & Spend Management

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave. Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees$75,000—$105,000 CAD
