From farm to plate, we are Western Canada’s premier poultry farm, hatching, feeding, growing, and processing organic, specialty, and value-added poultry products. The Role :
As our Marketing Manager (18 Month Maternity Leave Coverage), you'll play a key role in supporting our strategic vision. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Innovation, this role focuses on executing our marketing strategies, managing the 5 Ps (product, price, promotions, placement, and people), and driving brand differentiation, awareness, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on the annual marketing strategy and execute campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Lead new product launches the commercialization process and innovation initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy and website updates.
- Support the sales team with presentations and marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing performance, sales data, and competitive trends to inform strategies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
