The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns, managing content, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
This position is a full-time, hybrid role, based out of the SitePartners HQ located in Abbotsford, BC. Compensation for this role ranges from $58,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Account Managers on end-to-end account management / client service of select social media / content marketing accounts (dependent on applicant skill-set)
- Lead your own client projects by providing client communication and internal resourcing to support client’s social media and digital marketing goals
- Liaise with our internal team to create social assets, copy and content
- Utilize our internal tools (Productive, Sprout Social) to ensure social content goes out on time, error free and that community management is performed daily
- Provide proactive communication to clients and internal team on any projects and timelines
- Support some advertising campaigns including : ppc, boosted social, video pre roll, seo / sem, re-marketing etc.
- Support on analytics and reporting for our organic and paid digital marketing clients
- Take data and summarize it in an easy to understand method for clients and account managers to analyze
- Educate yourself, our team members, and our clients about the latest and greatest in social media and digital marketing
- Work collaboratively with our account team, strategy team and other digital marketing members to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset2-5 years experience working in digital marketing is preferredUnderstanding of social ad networks (Meta, LinkedIn) is preferredExperiencing working within an agency environment and / or industrial sector clients and companies a major assetStrong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyStrong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detailProficient in Gsuite, Slack, and social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Facebook, and InstagramFunctional knowledge of Sprout Social or other social media scheduling & management tools is a bonusSitePartners “Must Haves” :
