The Marketing Clerk reports to the Marketing & Community Engagement Manager and is responsible for supporting our marketing, community engagement, sustainability and customer experience efforts.
Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including video content, print ads, email campaigns, billboards, social media graphics, and in-store signage.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events and initiatives.
- Manage Kids Club engagement, including birthday card distribution, new membership entries, and event promotions.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of the employee newsletter.
- Assist with sustainability tracking and reporting.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support new marketing initiatives.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination within the marketing department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
