• We are committed to marketing and bring your creativity to life while playing a key role in developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns for our products and services. You will be the driving force behind our brand to new heights in various sectors such as HVAC, Fireplaces and Electrical.RESPONSIBILITIES30% - Marketing Content : Collaborate with sales and product managers to design and update all promotional tools and create visual templates for different applications.25% - Campaign Creation & Implementation : Develop print ads, engaging brochures, captivating videos, and social media content that reflect the essence of Powrmatic.20% - Digital Marketing : In conjunction with the IT team, participate in the redesign of our e-commerce website. Manage digital content and ensure product creation and maintenance across all our digital platforms.15% - Social Media : Become Powrmatic's marketing voice on social media! Create, schedule, and publish content, while analyzing performance and engaging our community.8% - Events : Contribute to the organization and logistics of our corporate events, including our annual trip and various trade shows, while ensuring a constant watch on trends.2% - Coop Marketing : Keep the inventory of COOP marketing agreements with our suppliers up to date and plan their use in close collaboration with sales management.QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with our teams and clients at our two branches in Quebec and our four branches in English-speaking Canada3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in project management.Knowledge of B2B marketing.Proficiency in the Office suite; the Adobe Cloud suite is an asset.Strong organizational skills and project management skills.BENEFITSPowrmatic wouldn't be where it is today without its dedicated employees and that's why we make it a point to take care of them.
