Responsibilities :
- Design and execute marketing automation campaigns that have a direct impact on sales
- Implement automated campaigns with the aim of nurturing prospects and moving them through the marketing funnel
- Analyze campaign results and apply lessons learned to future campaigns
- Develop specialized knowledge of marketing automation tactics tailored to different marketing objectives and products, and advise marketers accordingly
- Contribute to building the sales pipeline by helping business lines to identify and target the appropriate audience, both inside and outside the aerospace industry, in close coordination with marketing managers
- Research industry trends and identify sales opportunities in coordination with marketing and sales teams
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in a related positionProven track record of delivering on revenue objectives and marketing campaignsAdministrative responsibilities of CRM platformGood understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniquesHighly developed in the following proficienciesCustomer experienceKnowledge / experience with campaign management and executionKnowledge / experience with metrics measurement and ROIAdvanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations while overseeing the implementation of the recommendationsStrong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and prioritiesHighly organized and detailed oriented, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well independently and in a teamExcellent oral and written EnglishExperience with Google Analytics – Certification is an assetExperience with Pardot and Salesforce are big assets
